A total of 110 rooms are available in various categories. The management of the St. Joseph Vaz Spiritual Center has the stipulated norms with respect to the consumption of alcohol and entry before 1030 PM, which need to be followed by the delegates choosing to stay at this center. The rooms are available in three categories

The three private hotels (all nearby within walking distance to each other) are located at Dona Paula (25 mins drive from the conference venue) which is a popular tourist attraction in proximity to the beach.

- ICAR Guest Houses
Limited accommodation is available at ICAR Guest Houses and is reserved only for the invited dignitaries. The registered delegates are requested not to send any requests for the ICAR Guest Houses during the conference period. The guest house non-availability certificates will be issued on demand for the ICAR employees staying at the St. Joseph Vaz Spiritual Center and the hotels.
